Apprenticeships aren’t what they used to be and as an employer, our aim is to help breakdown the stigma and myths associated with them. Our apprenticeship groups are made up of a diverse demographic, with an age range of 16-57, completing frameworks from level 2 right up to level 5/6. We also work with hard to reach individuals such as NEETS and long term unemployed, as well as offering programmes for our own staff.
Our degree apprentices undergraduate programme is a formal framework that is complemented with live project experience, other mandatory and core skill training and designated technical coaches and mentors. Every apprentice in the organisation has a regional based Safeguarding officer who offers pastoral support to the apprentice.
